Dr. Lam and staff are amazing. Every phone call or interaction is friendly. You can feel the smiles and joy over whatever mode of communication you are interacting with them. Dr. Lam is very knowledgeable and helps you to better understand everything that is going on with your eyes. She made me aware of potential problems I may have with my eyes and walked me through every step of the process. She helped me understand the various factors that could be causing my vision to be a little impaired and followed up with me as I had to see an ophthalmologist. Great team, great office.

Love! If you're looking for an optometrist, look no more! The doctors and staff will take great care of you. They are so quick with responses and help you understand your options/insurance coverage. The team is so professional, friendly and courteous. They give great attention and care to everyone. I also love that this is a kid friendly place! Take your family, bring your friends. Your eyes will thank you ?

My 4 year old went to multiple vision specialists due to a condition. We wanted multiple opinions and Dr. Mai was recommended to us as our 4th doctor. He took the time to hear the results from our previous specialists visits. Then he ran his own tests and confirmed the diagnosis. Dr. Mai was very professional, honest, and works very well with kids. My 4 year old responded quickly to his questions, which is unusual. She's a very picky 4 year old and only speaks to adults she trusts. For some reason she trusted Dr. Mai immediately and cooperated throughout the entire session. His office was nice, clean, and fun and it kept our 8 year old busy so we can focus on our 4 year old. I highly recommend Dr. Mai and his office and staff after today's visit.

I absolutely love insight vision! The staff are so kind and amazing. Also, the place is very modern and beautiful inside. Dr. Lam is one of my favorite eye doctors that I have had. She does not rush when checking the lenses for what is the most clear. I love that there is WiFi for the guest too. Another thing that I love about my check up is when we test my eye pressure they have two other options other then the machine. I tend to not be able to sit still when doing the eye puff test. Overall, I would highly recommend insight vision with Dr. Lam and Dr. Mai.

GREAT STAFF & DOCTORS!!!!!!

It's my fist time here at this optometrist office and it is a wonderful experience. This office is one of the nicest office that I ever visited. I had looked this doctor through yelp and google for a good doctor OC area. I made an appointment through their easy booking appointment website. When first arriving their staff is super friendly. Their staff welcomes you and takes down information that they need. The office looks so luxurious that I need to post on social media. Later when I was working with Jordan & Jaime I had a great time. These staff really cares about making you feel comfortable and relaxed. They have really high patience when working with patients and meet your requirements.

Since it was 2-3 years ago that I visited an eye doctor I felt the need to get out ASAP due to horrible memories as a child. However, this is a different story. This office has the newest and coolest equipments ever!?!? So say good bye to those air puff machines and hello to these ones. While these staff guides me through the machines it doesn't feel awkward to be examined. It's makes you want feel to stay longer at the office. Dr. Mai is very helpful and generous. He understands the patients needs and will help you resolve your eye problem. In addition, he has a great sense of humor.

Overall, this place is an amazing place. It's my first time actually enjoying an eye doctor appointment! Highly, recommended for my friends and family. I wish you guys the best! Hope to see you all soon~
