The Insight Vision SMS Messaging Program is used to communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders and confirmations, digital intake form notifications, billing messages and invoices, and appointment rescheduling assistance.
Messages may contain links, phone numbers for form completion, secure payment options, and office contact information.
Subscribers can discontinue the service at any time by texting “STOP” to (714) 486-3315. A confirmation message will follow. To resume messages, reply “START” or re-enroll through the original signup method.
