Very friendly service and meticulous attention to detail. Much better than all my past optometrists that I've seen. Spent twenty minutes helping me with contacts because it was my first time ever getting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Being not entirely sure of the different options that future optometrists have when deciding what specific field they would like to specialize in, I decided to visit Dr. Mai's office for extra insight on the matter. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the gorgeous aesthetics of the office which complimented the professionalism that Dr. Mai displayed. I was immediately offered snacks or drinks on top of the staff opening the door for me as I entered the clinic. It is not everyday that you are given this kind of red carpet treatment at an Optometry office. The staff was very friendly which gave a more welcoming and homey vibe to the office. Because Dr. Mai was not scheduled for an appointment at the time, he gave me a thorough tour of the clinic and elaborately explained what it is that this practice specifically focused on: vision therapy. He took the time to explain the different equipment (which was state of the art and brand new) as well as explain what the field of vision therapy really was and how they treated patients who incurred vision problems. I was able to get a lot out of this experience and highly recommend this Optometry office for other people as well. One of the main aspects that this office did have as an option which many other Optometry offices do not is the service of orthokeratology which involves a special kind of contact lenses that you can wear to sleep at night which fixes the shape of your eye and allows you to take them off and see 20/20 for the whole day. This is a very exciting alternative for patients to be able to help better their eyesight. The parking is widespread and Dr. Mai was very informative and willing to take the time to answer any questions that I had.There is a wide selection of glasses to choose from so the issue would be: There are so many which one do I choose instead of struggling to find a pair that would be the perfect fit. If everything that I had previously stated was not enough, they also have free wifi and cable to keep the family members of the patients entertained. The Insight Vision Center is a great place to go for anything regarding a patient's optometric needs.

Bottom line: Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Mai and Dr. Lam. I got the sense that I was visiting their home and I knew them (including their entire staff) my entire life. They're set-up a wonderful office and really make you feel welcome. On top of that, they are incredibly knowledgeable. There is an obvious effort to share that knowledge and educate patients. I don't doubt all doctors are knowledgeable, but very few take the time and bother to educate their patients. Dr. Mai and Dr. Lam are part of that few. On top of that(!), they're extremely professional. Personally, they offered me advice and recommendations on different frames and lens. They were not pushy in any way and I didn't feel like they were trying to make decisions for me. They have a nice selection of frames and I'm terrible at picking frames so naturally, I leaned heavily on their opinions, yet I never felt forced to make a purchase or do anything. Thank you!!!

Really a great place to get your eyes checked. It's a very modern office set-up and feels very inviting. They do a really good job at giving a very thorough vision wellness exam. In addition to doing glasses and contact lenses, they also specialize in ortho K (nearsighted prescription control) and vision therapy. Both the doctors, Dr. Mai and Dr. Lam are genuine and willing to help with whatever eye problems that you may have. Definitely would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Modern and cozy office set up! Very clean practice with friendly doctors and staff. Dr. Mai is very knowledgeable and always willing to help! Highly recommend!!
