Finally writing my long over due review! I got to attend their grand opening and talk to Dr. Mai. He kindly answered my questions about lenses and glasses. He was very knowledgeable and honest about different options. Also this place has an awesome selection of frames! I will totally come back for my next eye exam and prescription.
Dr Lam is amazing. She is kind, and very caring for her patients. When talking with her she mentioned that she specializes in vision therapy which can help children who struggle with focusing and using their eye muscles correctly. Thankfully I don't need that right now but still pretty cool.
The office has a very modern look and feel to it. Some might say hipster, though I wouldn't consider myself cool enough to know. Plenty of parking available. Definitely check this place out if you have eye care needs.
Insight Vision Center exceeded my expectations! I've worn soft contact lenses for several years, and I was worried because my prescription kept creeping up year after year. Dr. Lam suggested I try ortho-K lenses and I am so happy I did! I never believed I would see 20/20 again without contacts and it is truly amazing. Dr. Lam and Dr. Mai both consulted on the fit of my lenses since I had a higher prescription and astigmatism, and they worked with me until my vision was clear. Though it took a while for me to get used to hard lenses, it's easy now and I love that I just have to wear them at night. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return for my eye care!
This place is awesome!!! I got my pair of glasses here. The staff there are very well knowledgeable. Dr. Lam is super friendly and knows her stuff. I highly recommend this place for your next eye and vision exam.
Well-trained, professional and knowledgeable staff from beginning to end. i had issues with a previous prescription from another optometrist, and we just couldn't get it right. first visit to insight vision center, and dr. lam figured out what the problem was immediately. from that point on, it was clear that i would never be seeing another eye doctor.
