Dr. Mai is a true professional. Treats you like family. You can ask him anything related to the eyes and he will have an answer for you. Amazing office!

I've been with them for 3 years? now. They are excellent and really pay attention to detail. The offices are really clean and modern. I love the atmosphere. Yes, they have incredible customer service. They even remember me when I call! The optometrists are really good at their jobs. Very engaging and customer-oriented. They explain things in a way I can understand. I usually see Dr. Thanh Mai, but Dr. Valerie Lam is also exceptional. One of my favorite things, though, is the selection of glasses. They tend to stay away from the traditional companies you see everywhere else and pick smaller business frames. So you get a really modern and cool selection. Just picked out new glasses even though I still love my old ones! It's a fun place to get your eye checkups! I just found out yesterday they make some of the lenses inhouse, so the wait time is a lot faster for your new pair of glasses.

Dr Lam is amazing!!! She took so much time with us and was super nice! She stayed over an hour after closing time to make sure we had everything taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Mai was very professional, as was the entire staff. They were very detailed and treated me like family. I am recommending to friends and family.

Both Dr. Lam and Dr. Mai are top-notch eye doctors, as well as wonderful people. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
