When I walked in, I was greeted by the all the members, even by Dr. Mai. I had a chance to interact with everyone of them and they all had big smiles on their faces. They were all kind and helpful by informing what and why they were doing it. Throughout the process, they also asked if I was feeling fine during some testing and made sure I was comfortable.

The process was very fast and easy, thanks to the staff for being so informative. Dr. Mai checked my eyesight and informed me that my current glasses are out of date. In fact, the prescription I had was too strong and the lens that I had were low quality. I took up his offer of better lens that don't glare and at a reasonable price. Afterwards, there were multiple assessments of perspective depth, color blindness, etc. Surprisingly, I never had any types of these tests before at my previous optometrists, but I'm glad this place utilize that type of information.

My initial thoughts when I walked in was that it was one of the best looking stores I've visited. The store is very clean, simple and had a good balance to it. The store had a relaxing environment and a lot of room to walk around. The music also contributed to how peaceful it was with acoustic covers of famous songs that everyone can enjoy. Covering the white walls were plenty of frames to choose from and displayed everywhere for everyone to look at.

This place has it all; friendliness, affordability , and expertise. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I'm glad that I made the right choice by going to this establishment for my eye exam. Like many yelpers, I browsed yelp to find a new optometrist. Within 2 miles from my residence there are many other location with high ratings, but somehow I chose Insight Vision Center which I am happy I did.

I have a condition that makes one of my eye's lazy, I think you can call it "Lazy eye condition". I have seen a few optometrists and tried many prescription glasses in the last 20 years, but I never feel I got the right prescription, therefore i never wear glasses. This time I am on a mission to find the one optometrist who can find the right prescription for me.

Two weeks ago, I came in for my first appointment with Dr. Lam, after leaving the office I decided to go with her new prescription, and ordered progressive lenses, according to Jaime, the optician, progress lenses are the newest lenses in the market. He explained the differences between progress lenses and the old ones. I decided to give it a try, they are pricey but for my eyes, no cost is too much. I decided to use my old glass frame since it is brand-new and still very stylist. I also came home with a few pairs of contact lens to try out.

Two weeks later I come back to make sure my glasses and contact lenses work out for me, this time is with Dr. Mai. I must say I am very please with the experiences. They are both very kind, nice, professional, and carry great mannerism. They made me feel that they really care about my eyes well-being. They spent good amount of time trying to find the right prescription for me. This second visit, Dr. Mai decided to adjust my prescription a bit. I am excited to wear my new glasses when they are ready.

If you are in search for a good optometrist, you should give Insight Vision Center a call. The doctors here are wonderful as well as the staffs. The office is clean, bright, modern, with good amount of beautiful frames, good website and appointment system. Overall this establishment deserves a 5 stars.

AMAZING. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I had picked the right doctor. Dr. Lam and her staff are so kind and helpful. The office is super cute, clean, and comfortable. The exam was easy breezy and Dr. Lam answered all of my questions and explained things clearly. The entire process was so pleasant, from making my appointment online all the way to getting my contacts in the mail! I will be telling all of my friends about Insight Vision! I am so grateful I found you!

Enchroma color vision assessment
Went in for an Enchroma color vision assessment and Kim the optometrist was very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She helped me come to a decision that was good for me financially and personally. No pressure to purchase their products. Thank you Insight Vision Center

I had a great experience with Insight Vision Center Optometry! I went for an annual eye exam and a medical visit. Dr. Chen was attentive, thorough, and kind. I would recommend coming here for all your vision needs.

Insight Vision Staff and Dr. Mai are by far the "best of the best"
For over 50+ yrs. I have worn contact lenses and eye glasses. In my life time, I have visited many optometry practices and have had many Optometrists care for my eyes. Insight Vision Staff and Dr. Mai are by far the "best of the best" because of their excellent customer service, knowledge and they genuinely caring about their patients. This office is run very professionally and the entire staff are polite, friendly, and caring. Insight Vision staff work as a team to give you the best patient experience and are very accommodating. Kim, Ben, Hanna and Toko were among the staff members that continue to make my Insight Vision experience a pleasure. Dr. Mai, is a top-notch eye doctor who utilizes the latest cutting edge vision technology and interventions to ensure that his patients have the best vision possible. Both my contact lens and eye glass examinations are very thorough and comprehensive. Most importantly, Dr Mai explains the results of my examination in a way that I could easily understand and he takes the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Mai is a great listener, compassionate, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The Insight Vision staff and Dr. Mai have far exceeded my expectations on all levels from knowledge to customer service. If I could give Insight Vision 100 stars I would. My only regret is that I did not find Insight Visions and Dr. Mai sooner. If you are looking for an optometry practices that puts the patient first, look no further. I highly recommend Insight Vision and Dr. Mai.

I had such an enjoyable time at my last visit with Insight
I had such an enjoyable time at my last visit with Insight, greeted very warmly and everyone knowing my name; Yuli was super caring and professional, and Dr. Chen was so easy to talk to - we laughed about not just having to choose between 1 and 2 in the exam room! Looking forward to coming back with my girlfriend so she can have the same amazing experience (and maybe peep a new pair of glasses too).

My daughter got her ortho k here just a month ago. Our experience at this center has been wonderful so far. Super friendly and professional doctors/staffs and the environment is so clean and pleasant. I strongly recommend this place!

My baby can see! K contacts are bussin. No . She wears them at night when sleeping. Takes them off when she wakes up and can see perfect! Her confidence is up cause she don’t have to walk around with coke bottles everywhere!!

I am looking forward to my next visit
(I am a patient of Insight Vision center optometry) First time there was very exiting and also fun, and interesting,discovering the new lens that would help. Also the rewards you could get for the points you earn simply for being a patient there, are really good and highly recommended. The second time was a bit scarier since I was getting my lenses but it turned out very well and I ended up going home happily knowing after 2-3 weeks I’m be able to see normally. Insight vision center optometry is a very professional and stunning vision center. As the patient I highly recommend it. It truly helps. Thank you,Insight Vision Center Optometry, you really helped. I am looking forward to my next visit tomorrow ?

I couldn’t recommend this place more!
We love our doctor and therapists at Insight. We have been patients for about a year and a half and it’s been a wonderful experience. The process is so streamlined; the staff is so friendly and competent; it’s always clean and orderly and calm; and my son does so well with the patient and caring therapists as well as Dr Lam. We love going in, and things are automated making it easy. It took getting used to at first but I was so grateful once I did. My son looks forward to his therapy and spending insight dollars he earns afterwards in the little shop, always getting a treat for brother. I really am so grateful for the wonderful humans at this facility. We used to drive an hour south to see a doctor we had been referred to, and I have found this experience far surpasses those at our prior doctor and therapist office and prior ones as well (and they were all great doctors, so that’s huge). I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I'm a new patient to Insight Optometry. Both Dr Lam and Dr Mai are very professional, incredibly courteous and friendly! I went to Insight to seek an alternative to LASIK/PRK…and Ortho-K seemed like a good option. After seeing a couple of other dr offices, I decided on Insight. Both Dr Lam and Mai explained the Ortho-K process best and were the most thorough. Now, after being in glasses for the last 20 years…(never being able to wear contacts during the day due to dry eye)…I'm now seeing better than 20/20 during waking hours without any glasses/contacts! I highly recommend Insight for Ortho-K (optometry's best kept secret)!

I've been with quite a few optometrists across the years, but Dr. Mai has been extremely helpful. He's down to earth, very knowledgeable, and you can plainly tell that patients come first. I've personally been fit with ortho-K and I've been loving my vision. My vision is clear, I don't have to deal with contacts throughout the waking hours, and most importantly, there's no lasers involved like with LASIK! The rest of the staff is very accommodating as well. I have only met Dr. Lam in passing, but she seems very sweet as well.
