First thing first, there is ample parking in this nice and quiet professional office plaza. A perk that is often taken for granted sometimes. The office is camouflaged with the other office buildings and just a pinch tricky to find. I would suggest to entering from Red Hill Ave instead of Airway Ave.

Inside the office, you will find a huge open space. Everything looks fresh, new and modern with a wide selection of eye wear. You will certainly be impressed by the decor and feel of this modern practice. I especially enjoy the teal stools that matched Insight Vision Center's logo, it's these little details that gives you confidence the doctors are super diligent and thorough.

Speaking with Dr. Mai, it easy to understand the raving reviews from the other Yelpers. He is very knowledge and has shown the willingness to go the extra mile for me. Dr. Mai had no problems explaining the latest innovations in contact lenses and introduced me to the over-night reshaping contact lens!

Don't hesitate to make an eye appointment at Insight Vision Center! Looks like they offer vision therapy too as well, something I do not see a lot of traditional optometry offices offering.

Free Wi-fi and Cable TV is a bonus in the waiting room!

This place is awesome. I walk into this clean, modern and beautiful office only to be met with a warm greeting from the staff. They even offered me a drink! Who does that at an office? The waiting room is great as it had a nice couch, a desk to work at, toys for kids, a TV and FREE WI-FI for guest!

I had an exam with Dr. Lam (who is personable, warm and SUPER sweet) and mentioned to her that my prescription keeps climbing and I fear that it will only get worse as the years progress. She recommended orthokeratology (ortho-k) which are retainer lenses that you wear overnight and help retain your vision throughout the day so you don't have to wear contacts or glasses. She mentioned that the ortho-k lenses help to hold your prescription so that it does not climb every year. She was very thorough in her explanation and was patient with all the questions I had.

I don't know about you but sometimes I get tired of wearing my glasses or my contact lenses dry out my eyes. After a meaningful, not-pushy, and delightful conversation with Dr. Lam I decided to pursue this endeavor of getting my vision BACK!! I go to the office to get my new contacts fitted and within a week the office calls me to pick them up. I pick them up and Dr. Lam patiently teaches me how to put the lenses into my eyes. I had trouble at first, but she really took the time to instruct me and kept encouraging me.

So it's been a couple weeks and all I can say is I LOVE THEM!!!!!! I basically wear the contacts overnight and take them out in the morning and I can see the rest of the day without anything in or on my eyes! I feel like I have SUPERPOWERS and have been telling all my friends about it. In just a few weeks I'm going to Hawaii and will not have to worry about contacts or my vision in the water because of my new lenses.

Not only do I love my new lenses, but my overall experience with the doctors at this place was AMAZING. They were warm, not pushy, and they took time to educate me on my vision. I truly believe they genuinely care about their patients!

This place is awesome! Dr. Lam really took the time in checking out my eyes. Although it is only a checkup, being a new patient, she was very thorough in understanding my vision history and other past ailments. I like that the paperwork are all completed in advance of the appointment electronically for those comfortable with electronic documentations. From the friendly staff to the creative room layout, this optometry office is catered to the patients. For those with kids, there is even a play room and a desk for doing homework. The therapy area is also very welcoming to those needing some vision therapy. Highly recommend. The only down side is that the suite is a little difficult to spot if unfamiliar. To be fair, they even sent a map to the office in advance… my fault for not paying proper attention.

I needed a new prescription and glasses, so turned to trusted Yelp. Found Insight Vision with incredible ratings and reviews. Stopped in on a Saturday while running errands. Istar & Jaime were extremely helpful in showing me the various types of glasses & lenses. They had a great selection of eye and sunglasses and answered all of my questions. They looked up my vision insurance coverage and Jaime really knows his stuff & how to get full value on the insurance end. I booked an appointment for the following week.
Dr. Lam was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. She conducted a complete/thorough eye exam. I placed my order for my new glasses and they were available for pickup the following week. Really happy with my new glasses! The Vision Center has new top of the line equipment, is a comfortable environment for trying on glasses, the office is spacious, relaxing, great service and parking is very convenient. Thank you!

Came to Insight Vision Center for my overdue eye exam. Scheduling was very easy online. The staff is incredibly welcoming and great. My eye exam was with Dr. Mai who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. It was also fun to pick out a new pair of glasses that looked much better than my old pair.

The prescription and extras I ordered came out perfect, (transitions, anti blue light for frequent computer work, etc) and they were able to accept my insurance, so it was all very affordable too. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an eye center to go to Insight Vision Center.
