I decided to try Insight based on the Yelp reviews I saw. I was not disappointed at all.
I had called earlier in the week to see what the availability was to make an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind, patient, and accommodating the girl I was talking with was. On the day of my appointment I walked into the office and was blown away by not only how clean and pristine the place looked, but how kind and courteous everyone was towards me. Dr Mai didn't make me feel rushed at all or as if I was just another client. He took the time to ask questions and even get to know me a little bit. The place was extremely clean and the doctor himself made sure to wash his hands several times during the appointment. He made sure that all questions were answered and that I was informed of what was going on and what his recommendations were. Not once did I feel pushed into a specific direction but rather I was given the information and opinion and was allowed to make my own decision. Without a doubt, Dr Mai and his staff have ensured that they just made a long-time customer. They gave me excellent service and an excellent price. I would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

Dr. Mai is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients and their well being. Also his staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Especially when it comes to Orthok! Their orthok training videos are very helpful and will help keep your orthok lenses working great! I always refer my friends and family in the area who are looking for a good eye doctor and also if they want their kids to be glasses free with orthok! Cheers

Absolutely go here! The basics. They have great New equipment, very clean, extremely efficient and progressive in ease of confirmation through text, super friendly staff is all 100% on point. What makes this place so special is the partners created their vision (pun intended) of what Great truly looks like for an optometrist office. They created their culture. And it shows. They were great and again, choose them if you are looking for an optometrist.

I work in software so obviously there came a point after long hours behind computer screens my eyes would act out a bit. SO one my colleagues recommended Insight Vision Center. I am happy with how quickly i was in and out, and how Dr. Mai made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. highly recommend!

Dr. Mai is truly such a sweet and knowledgeable optometrist. You can tell how much he cares for his patients by the way he interacts with them.

Scheduling an appointment and filling out forms was very straightforward and efficient. Everything can be done online which minimizes any waiting time at the office. What's amazing about Insight Vision Center is that on top of the standard eye exam, they also offer ortho-k which are specialty contact lenses you sleep in that give you clear vision during the day. They also provide vision therapy, which reaps all sorts of benefits.

If you're looking for friendly doctors who are passionate about what they do - Dr. Mai and Dr. Lam are the ones to go to. Highly recommended!!
