If you're on the market for an optometry office with helpful opticians, extremely knowledgable optometrists, aesthetically pleasing office decor, and an overall amazing experience then you definitely need to book an appointment here.

The whole process of getting your eyes checked here is very smooth and seamless. All the opticians are very welcoming and willing to answer any questions. Mimi was nice and patient even when I consistently asked to try on different glasses because strugg city indecisiveness is my life.

Dr. Mai is super professional, friendly, and easy to talk to! He is by far one of the best optometrists I've been to and yo girl is a veteran glasses wearer of 13 years just sayin'. He takes the time to listen what you have to say and works with you to make sure your glasses/contacts/whatever course of treatment is most optimal for you. Fellow Bruins WHAT UP.

Anyways, bottom line is you should go here. If all the five star ratings and long reviews aren't convincing enough, then you need to get your eyes checked RIGHT HERE AT THIS OFFICE.

Dr. Mai and his staff are helpful and professional. Everyone has a great sense of humor. Their beautiful trendy office is very comfortable and kid friendly. They offer weekend hours.

Loved their service! Everyone I encountered has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. They use up to date technology to keep your vision fresh. Staff is super friendly, and go out of their way to be of service to you ? wasn't sure if I wanted red or black frames, had to option of putting down a deposit and ordering both to try on, neat! They offer a 1yr guarantee for your new frames, and will adjust them for free! They do require a $20 material fee (I think), which is reasonable considering they have affordable frames, and accepted my insurance (VSP). They even treat you with a little gift bag when picking up your new glasses! I will definitely recommend and be back.

I got to experience my first eye exam at InSight Vision Center and not only was it smooth and good experience, I learned a ton!

Dr. Lam is friendly and an incredibly clear communicator -- so it's easy to feel comfortable asking any questions, and also to feel confident you'll get a solid response. I also got my sunglasses lenses swapped with some polarized lenses without a hitch.

Insight in versatile in their services, and they are good at what they do. I highly recommend InSight Vision Center!

Awesome place. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I came here as a last minute emergency (needed contact lenses) and they made time to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday. I highly recommend this place and I'm sure after you visit, you will too. The staff here is very professional and provide service with a smile.
