I had a great experience at this office recently. Dr. Lam took me through a very detailed exam, she is very patient, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Mai and the staff (especially Mimi) at Insight Vision Center are amazing! I have honestly never received better customer service at any other doctor in my life. I have never had to wait during my appointments and I am usually in and out in under 30 minutes. Dr. Mai is very friendly and you can tell he really enjoys the work he does. Mimi always recognizes me and remembers details about my work and life that I have mentioned at appointments. If you are on yelp deciding on an optometrist for you or your family then please believe me when I say Insight is absolutely the best choice.
Love the Insight Vision Center!! As a new resident, I needed to find an optometry center that I know I can trust and I'm glad I found this place! Dr. Lam is very kind, approachable, and knowledgeable (especially with all the questions I've bombarded her with!). As well, Mimi has definitely given me some great opinions for frames that suit my style and love the new glasses that I got. The whole team is very welcoming and will definitely make your experience worth while when you visit!! Overall, great choice and would highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a good quality optometry center!
I came to this office because all of the Yelp reviews and I will be staying because it is all true. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I did not wait even one minute. The doctor was available right when I was ready for my exam. He listened to me and was great at making sure all of my questions got answered. He really seemed to care. I was in and out in an hour and felt like the entire time I received high quality service. Also, the office itself is very nice and modern inside. I was blown away at what a great experience this was!
Dr. Thanh Mai is a really great optometrist. He's a great doctor, meaning that I trust him with my exam because he really understands how to ask questions to get what you need and deliver results. I would trust him with my mom's eyes and my kids when they do Ortho-K (I just have a feeling that they will be near sighted like me!). It's all about the value and the service and Dr. Mai delivers as promised!
